125 GREENWICH STREET NYC

July 18, 2017

Today marked the first day of production for a truly unique project.  On the surface a sales video for the luxury condominiums at 125 Greenwich Street in the Financial District of New York City sounds like it has been done before.  However, once you consider the fact that it will be displayed on a 180 degree curved floor to ceiling screen built specifically for it on the 88th Floor of the World Trade Center, it becomes very special.

Working alongside Bizzi & Partners Development and Douglas Elliman Real Estate, as well as award winning filmmaker Andrea Pallaoro, we set out to showcase the impressive, almost 1000 ft. tall tower.

Construction has only recently begun so interviews with the world renowned architect Rafael Vinoly (432 Park Avenue) and Elliot March, founder of March and White Design served as the focal point around renderings and the stunning views.  View shots were captured via helicopter and even incorporated a virtual version of the building to be.

UPDATE: The internet version of the primary video can be seen HERE, with two others focusing on the architecture and interior design featured below.
