SCREEN USED on TERRIFIER 2 and NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE ELSE This slate is one of only 11 authentic originals made for resale and used on set of the feature length motion picture entitled Terrifier 2.  Slate number 1 was given to writer/director Damien Leone as a gift from Fuzz on the Lens Productions and the other 10 are identical to it.
